Sriracha Red Cabbage Coleslaw
A spicy twist to coleslaw! Use as a side dish or topper for your sandwiches, burgers, and tacos!
SERVES 6
Ingredients
1 Head of Shredded Red Cabbage
1/2 Cup of Shredded Carrots
2 Cups of Mayo
2 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Sriracha
1 Tbsp. Horseradish
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Cup Diced Pineapple
1/2 Cup Almond Slivers
Preparation
- Mix Mayo, Yellow Mustard, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Sriracha, Horseradish and salt. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, and half of the coleslaw dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Before serving drain the coleslaw and add in the other half of the dressing.
- Top with Pineapple and Almond Silvers (optional)
