Sriracha Red Cabbage Coleslaw

A spicy twist to coleslaw! Use as a side dish or topper for your sandwiches, burgers, and tacos!

SERVES 6

Ingredients

1 Head of Shredded Red Cabbage

1/2 Cup of Shredded Carrots

2 Cups of Mayo

2 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard

2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup Sugar

1/4 Cup Sriracha

1 Tbsp. Horseradish

1 tsp. Kosher Salt

1 Cup Diced Pineapple

1/2 Cup Almond Slivers

Preparation

  1. Mix Mayo, Yellow Mustard, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Sriracha, Horseradish and salt. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, and half of the coleslaw dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Before serving drain the coleslaw and add in the other half of the dressing.
  4. Top with Pineapple and Almond Silvers (optional)
