4 oz. Sour Cream

1/4 Cup Black Raspberry Preserves

2 tsp. Sriracha

1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Tip

Extra-large jalapenos will use a full slice of bacon, while smaller jalapenos will use about half a slice of bacon.

Preparation

  1. Prepare your choice of shredded meat and drizzle with your favorite Famous Dave's BBQ Sauce.
  2. Cut the jalapenos into halves, remove seeds, core, and lay flat on a tray.
  3. In a medium bowl, add 2 tablespoons of dry soup mix to cream cheese, mix well.
  4. Line the bottom of the jalapenos with dried cherries, then cover with cream cheese.
  5. Finally, layer BBQ meat on top of the cream cheese and wrap it with bacon. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Place the jalapenos in a smoker or oven until the bacon is crispy.
  7. For the sauce, thaw the raspberries.
  8. In a bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, black raspberry preserves, Sriracha and crushed red pepper flakes.
  9. Add thawed raspberries and mix well.
  10. Refrigerate sauce until ready to serve.
