Fired Up Meatball Sliders

This dish is a twist between meatballs and mini sliders - they are sure to flavor up your next get together!

SERVES 8

Ingredients

Meatballs

Mini Slider Buns

3 lbs. Ground Chuck

3 Eggs, beaten

1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

2 Cups of Crushed Ritz Crackers

1/2 Finely Diced Sweet Onion

1/2 Cup Finely Diced Green Pepper

1/2 Cup Finely Grated Carrot

1 tsp. Salt

4 tsp. Famous Dave's Steak & Burger Seasoning

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp. Ground Pepper

2 tsp. Chili Powder

1 tbsp. Yellow Mustard

2 Tbsp. Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy BBQ Sauce

Apricot Jalapeno Sauce

20 oz. Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy BBQ Sauce

12 oz. Apricot Preserves

1/2 Cup finely diced onion

1/2 Cup finely diced Jalapenos

Tip

To prevent meat from sticking to the spoon, dip the spoon in ice water as needed!

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients for meatballs in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Use a spoon to create meatballs, place on parchment paper or aluminum foil
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
  4. Create the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a saucepan
  5. Heat over medium heat until vegetables are tender
  6. Pour sauce over meatballs and serve on buns with Sweet 'N Spicy Pickle Chips
