Smokin’ Stuffed Jalapenos
Over-sized jalapenos, stuffed with BBQ meat and spiced-up cream cheese, wrapped in hickory-smoked bacon, and a secret surprise in each one!
SERVES 8
Ingredients
Stuffed Jalapenos
1/2 lb. of pulled pork or chicken, mixed with your favorite Famous Dave's BBQ Sauce
12 Fresh Large Jalapenos
2 Tbsp. Dry Vegetable Soup Mix
8 oz. Softened Cream Cheese
1 Package Dried Cherries
2 lb. Thin Hickory Bacon
Black Raspberry Dipping Sauce
10 oz. Frozen Raspberries in Sugar Juice
8 oz. Softened Cream Cheese
4 oz. Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Black Raspberry Preserves
2 tsp. Sriracha
1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Tip
Extra-large jalapenos will use a full slice of bacon, while smaller jalapenos will use about half a slice of bacon.

Preparation
- Prepare your choice of shredded meat and drizzle with your favorite Famous Dave's BBQ Sauce.
- Cut the jalapenos into halves, remove seeds, core, and lay flat on a tray.
- In a medium bowl, add 2 tablespoons of dry soup mix to cream cheese, mix well.
- Line the bottom of the jalapenos with dried cherries, then cover with cream cheese.
- Finally, layer BBQ meat on top of the cream cheese and wrap it with bacon. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Place the jalapenos in a smoker or oven until the bacon is crispy.
- For the sauce, thaw the raspberries.
- In a bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, black raspberry preserves, Sriracha and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Add thawed raspberries and mix well.
- Refrigerate sauce until ready to serve.
