1 Pork Loin, Brined (Recipe On Website)

2 Ounces Famous Dave’s Rib Rub

Products Used


  1. Remove Pork Loin from brine, pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Season Pork Loin with 2 oz. of Famous Dave’s Rib Rub.
  3. Place in smoker or on grill with indirect heat and smoke at 250 degrees for 1 hour or until internal temperature of 145 degrees.
  4. Pull from smoker and let rest for 10 – 15 minutes.
  5. Slice and serve.
